Fellowships & Retreats
Monthly Fellowships
The Women’s Monthly Fellowship is an informal time that is centered on ministering to one another and exercising the ministry of partnership. As we can learn from 1 John 1:3 – fellowship is our common unity, our common life, our common oneness in Christ and with each other. True fellowship is the partnership we share with the Trinity and with each other. We hope to accomplish this by practicing the “one anothers” of the New Testament, particularly teaching one another, exhorting one another, admonishing one another, edifying one another, comforting one another and praying for one another.
Most monthly fellowship gatherings are hosted in the homes of women and include a time of teaching as well as a theme for the event.
If you are interested in serving the women of OBC by either hosting or teaching at a fellowship, please contact Kelly Molloy.
“what we have seen and heard we proclaim to you also, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ. ” 1 John 1:3

Craft Fellowships
The OBC Craft Fellowship was started to allow the men, women and children of OBC a time to get together and do a favorite craft or hobby while developing relationships with other members or regular attenders. It’s also a time to bring friends and neighbors to help them get to know some of our church family.
Craft Fellwoships occur once a month in the OBC Gathering Place. Everyone is encouraged to bring a snack to share as well as whatever craft, hobby or even games to play with others. Examples of the happenings at a Craft Fellowship include playing board games, scrapbooking and knitting.
