Young Adults Ministry
Welcome to OBC’s Young Adults Ministry!
The DC area is full of disconnected people, particularly young adults. If you are a young adult in college, or in the beginning of your career, this ministry is for you!
It is our prayer that you will find this ministry to be a place of meaningful Biblical community and friendships that bring you closer to Christ.
In addition to the worship services at Occoquan Bible Church, we invite you to join us as we share our lives together during the week!
Sunday Mornings
We meet together during the first worship service for an in-depth study and discussion of God’s Word. We invite you to come to this interactive time as we seek to grow together in our faith. We meet downstairs in Room L-14 at 9:30am.
Thursday Evenings
Every Thursday at 7:00pm, we get together at someone’s home for an informal evening of Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and refreshments. This is a great way to connect and get to know new people.
More Stuff
From cook-outs, bolwing, movie or game nights, going to a Potomac Nationals game, or taking food to a homeless shelter, there’s usually something happening. There are also opportunities for accountability and girls’ or guys’ Bible studies. We invite you to get involved, and if you are interested, talk to Elder Rod Fillinger or Pastor Ben.
