Special Announcement

The elders of Occoquan Bible Church are happy to announce that following the 30-day period of prayer and consideration, and listening to feedback from the congregation, we have unanimously elected Pastor David Schrock as our new teaching elder, effective immediately.

We're excited to have David join our pastoral ministry team, and look forward to seeing how the Lord will use him in the life of OBC. Please be in prayer for David, Wendy, and their children, as they transition from Seymour, Indiana to Woodbridge. While final arrangements are still being confirmed, Lord willing Dave and his family will arrive the middle of next week and Dave will be in the pulpit within the next couple of weeks. Please be in prayer for the entire pastoral team as we finalize the details as the Schrock family arrives.

We'll keep you posted as things progress. Until then, thank the Lord with us for his provision for OBC during the last 18 months, and for what he holds for us in the future as we labor together as a body for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord!
